Breakfast 9:45am
Change of Pace Strawberry Smoothie

Lunch 1:30pm
Got Lost Running Errands so for Lunch I fell of the wagon.  Had 3 slices of a thin crust tomato pie with sausage without cheese and a unsweetened Ice Tea.

Korean Chicken with Sautéed Kale & Kimchi
